How It Works

999Space is an AI driven bidding platform in the Cloud to connect clients and service providers effectively and efficiently.

This AI search engine can process Natural Languages so customers can write any sentence for their needs, e.g. a client-side of search for “I’d like to hire a gardener at Dublin, CA for less than $90 per month” will result in a list of top 9 gardening providers according to their review rating, availability, price, location distance and verification status etc.

There are two types of users for this application/web site.

(1)Clients who post a job and look for service providers to complete the work for them.

(2)Service providers who have special skills and look for jobs to earn income.

But this application also handles the situation that some users can be both clients and service providers at the same time. This is done by having multiple profiles to represent the roles. Clients and service providers have different workflows in the process.

A Client who wants to post a job to hire service providers need to create a client profile first; with or without the payment of security deposit, the client can post the job and invite service providers from the search result to bid for this job; after reviewing the bids from service providers, clients can schedule a chat with bidders, ask specific questions, determine who’s the best fit, accept the bid and enter into a contract; then it will track the working progress and payments according to the milestones completed; if the service provided is non-satisfactory, a dispute can be engaged so pre-paid money in the escrow account can be refunded once the dispute is resolved. This is a way to guarantee service satisfaction.

A service provider who is specialized in providing services in different categories can create multiple profiles to describe the specialties respectively. E.g. A tennis coach could also be a piano teacher. after creating profiles,they can search for related jobs and conduct bidding on the interested jobs; If the bid is accepted, It will enter into contract; once the service provider has provided required service to the client satisfactorily, payment made by the client that was hold in an escrow account will then be released to the service provider to mark the end of the job.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In the real world, Clients often pay for jobs that never get completed, and conversely, Service Providers often finish jobs but never get paid. The solution to these problems is a third party that serves as the escrow service between Clients and Service Providers to make sure that agreed upon services are provided to the Client’s satisfaction and all payments are made accordingly to the Service Provider. This is especially important when it comes to larger projects.

999Space serves as the escrow service to protect both the Client and the Service Provider. It holds the payment and deposit from the Client and releases the funds to the Service Provider when the work is marked as completed successfully by the Client. If some job isn’t done, then no payment will be made for that partial or entire job. Since 999Space holds the initial payment and deposit, there will never be a situation where the job gets done but the client has run out of money to make the final payment.

A Dispute process is available if one or all of the parties involved are not satisfied and the matter needs to be resolved before an agreement is reached.

Both the escrow payment and dispute processes guarantee satisfaction from both Clients and Service Providers.
